Preheat Oven: 350 degrees
1 can Artichoke hearts, drained, 12-14 oz. can
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan or Romano, or combination of both, grated
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in small, shallow baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until browned on top. Serve hot with pita bread or crackers
