Home     Munchies: Hummus Dip                                                                                          
1 can Chickpeas with liquid
3 Tbsp. Tahini
2-3 toes Fresh garlic, more or less to taste
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 pinch Ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until they are of a thick paste consistency. Add more olive oil if needed. Adjust cumin and garlic to taste. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with pita bread.
